The Archival Pigment Emulsion Transfer System was developed by Bonny Lhotka. Her DASS ART line of products enables users to coat uncoated papers for inkjet printing or transfer images from pigment-printed, Inkjet Transparency films to a wide array of substrates, including paper, metal, and ceramics.

DASS ART Universal Transfer Gelatin is a commercial photographic grade gelatin that can be used for historical photographic processes as well as DASS ART Transfer Processes. This Gelatin works well for gelatin transfers, frescos and the DASS ART HectoGelTM Monoprint Plate Process. The Gel Transfer Process will allow you to transfer your image from inkjet transfer film to an almost endless variety of surfaces without the need of a transfer sauce. The HectoGel Plate Process allows you to make a custom gel plate for use as a base to create unique monoprints using DASS Art layered transfers, acrylic paints and or alcohol inks. For a white HectoGel Plate mix with WonderSauce White. For a more translucent plate mix with WonderSauce Clear.
