Check out what’s changed below.Since the launch in early 2019 we’ve been committed to unveiling a complete ecosystem of revolutionary products for the world of film scanning. Knowing many of our supporters and users are totally new to the concept of scanning film with a digital camera, we’ve composed this one-stop solution to cover every feasible equipment need (besides your digital camera and lens) to scan all formats from 35mm through 4x5 film, including 35mm mounted slides as well.
With the announcement of our Pro Film Carrier 35, Pro Riser MK3 and all-new 4x5 Light Source Pro it was time that our Pro Kit saw an update. This kit now has our Pro Film Carrier 35, Pro Riser MK3, as well as our 4x5 Light Source Pro 99 CRI.
The Pro Film Carrier 35 supports half frame, standard 35mm and panoramic formats and includes our Full Border Scanning Cassette that allows you to scan beyond the sprocket holes almost out to the very edge of the negative.
The Pro Riser MK3 is capable of supporting up to digital medium format systems. It has enough height to scan 4x5 film with a 105mm full frame equivalent lens and 35mm and 120 film with nearly any other camera and lens combination.
The 4x5 Light Source Pro comes with our custom designed and in-house finished internal acrylic that drastically increases brightness, improves CRI rating, and boasts perfect light uniformity for up to 4x5 sheet film. We’ve also developed new manufacturing methods that allow for a smaller light source that will still dissipate heat during long scanning sessions.

Pro Film Carrier 35: This is our choice for 35mm film carriers. Not only does it feature a machined aluminum design with interchangeable internal cassettes but it also comes with guides to scan standard 35mm negatives, panoramic negatives and half frame negatives!
Film Carrier 120: Empowering you to scan a roll of 120 film in as fast as 60 seconds (or faster), the Film Carrier 120 is one of our most popular offerings. Allowing full size scans of 6x4.5, 6x6 6x7, and 6x9 film all with included masks and ensuring sharpness with our unique magnetic hinged clamping design, this tool guarantees sharp, consistent, and fast scanning results.
4x5 Sheet Film Holder (Acrylic): Our 4x5 Sheet Film Holder utilizes two sheets of micro-etched acrylic (or optional ANR glass, based on availability) to scan your 4x5 film with showing 100% of the border and keeping it perfectly flat.
4x5 Light Source Pro (99 CRI): Designed with 35mm, 120 and 4x5 film in mind, the 4x5 Light Source Pro is created for the most demanding users who require a solid, reliable, bright light source with a high degree of color accuracy.
Pro Riser MK3: The Pro Riser MK3 is our most solid copy stand to scan all conventional film formats (up to 8x10 film). It can support the heaviest of setups and is our most advanced copy stand to date.
Pro Mount MK2 with the anti-static brush and 35/120 adapter plates: An indispensable tool and the core of this kit when matched with the Pro Film Carrier 35 and Film Carrier 120. This allows you to quickly and easily switch between film carriers, adds leveling feet capabilities, dust removal features, and more.
Pro Film Carrier Hood Combo: The Scanning Hoods for our film carriers reduce stray light than can cause ghosting and other artifacts when scanning film in well lit rooms or with overhead lights on.
Basic Mounted Slide Scanning Kit: This piece of kit fits directly on your Pro Mount MK2 to all you to easily scan mounted 35mm slides efficiently by inserting one slide after the other for digital capture.

Film Carrier 35 Scanning Hood Extension: This useful accessory is necessary when scanning with longer focal length lenses (100mm+) to extend the length of your hood blocking additional extraneous light.
Handheld Anti-Static Dust Removal Brush: Our Handheld Dust Removal Brush is designed to make cleaning your sheet film and large format film holders a quick and easy, and is also great for short strips of 35mm or 120 film as well as 35mm mounted slides. Made from CNC’d aluminum and premium horsehair bristles from Kinetronics.

35mm Full Border Scanning Cassette: With this cassette, you can scan beyond the sprocket holes and get the full film rebate for archival or aesthetic purposes.
Two Axis Hot Shoe Bubble Level (x2): These will aid in making sure your film holder is parallel to your camera plane
Two Sheets of ANR Glass f/ 4x5 Sheet Film Holder: These two sheets of ANR glass replace your acrylic in the 4x5 Sheet Film Holder. ANR glass is easier to keep clean and far less scratch resistant than the micro-etched acrylic.
