Foma Fomatol PW (W24) is a specially formulated black and white paper developer in powder form, specifically designed for the processing of the Fomatone-line photographic papers. The developer features slower developing activity, lower speed utilization and a warm image tone.
Developing Capacity is 2 to 3 square meters of Fomatone photographic paper
(approximately 50 to 75 - 8x10 sheets).
Developing times are as follows at 60°F
Standard RC and Fiber-based papers = 2 - 3 minutes in undiluted developer
Fomatone RC and Fiber-based papers = 2 - 3 minutes in undiluted developer
4 - 6 minutes in 1:1 dilution and 8 - 12 minutes in 1:3 dilution.
