The Instant Lab is designed to work with the latest high-definition smartphones and tablets on the market today using the updated Impossible Project App, available free for iOS and now Android. The App guides you through the process of using the Instant Lab step-by-step. Crop and edit your image in advance and set exposure times according to your film of choice. When you’re ready, place your device on the new cradle, expose your image to the film, eject the photo and then watch it develop in the palm of your hand.
If you want to share your analog creations online, the App also features a scanner so you can transfer the moment back onto any device with ease.

The Instant Lab works with Impossible B&W and Color film for Polaroid™ 600 and SX-70 cameras. This also includes our limited Special Editions with round, colored or patterned frames, our artistic black frame films as well as classic Polaroid™-format white.
