These cameras are made of high quality material like teak wood from Thailand and solid brass. For the production, Zero Image insists on using traditional hand-made methods, more than 20 layers of coating is hand painted, and hand sanding before each layer. The production time from raw wood to a finish camera is more than one year. Add this truly unique addition to your collection of pinhole cameras.

The Zero Image 2000 6x6 Deluxe takes 12 pictures on 120 film and offers a breathtaking 130° angle of view – “wide angle” in its purest sense.  Its compactness belies its versatility – it is truly fantastic for creating unique perspectives of everyday scenes.

Precision-cut pinhole and machine-turned, polished-brass fittings make this a unique camera. Functional and collectable, it is a beautiful display piece and durable workhorse in one. Each camera comes with a signed certificate authenticating its limited edition status.

This deluxe version includes a bubble level and cable release thread. 

TIP:

  • For outdoor bright sun light, expose for 2 seconds.
  • To calculate actual exposure time, take a light meter reading with a hand held light meter or with a 35mm camera, set the indicated shutter speed by rotating the dial of the exposure guide. Read the exposure time for f/138, then calculate and adjust for reciprocity failure if above 2 seconds.

Reciprocity corrections:

  • 2-4 second exposure, multiply by 2
  • 4-10 second exposure, multiply by 5
  • 50 seconds or more exposure, multiply by 12
